MailChimp e Google Analytics aderiscono e hanno certificato la piena conformità allo Scudo UE-USA per la Privacy (EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework) riconosciuto dalla Commissione Europea che ha rilasciato una relativa decisione di adeguatezza. Pertanto il trattamento dei dati eseguito presso tali fornitori è pienamente conforme al GDPR.
